[EN] This mug will change your life. I moved in with a man who had one which lasted 8 years til he dropped it on the floor and the handle broke away from the mug entirely, and he still used the mug, handleless, for a while before I replaced it for him with a yellow one. Unfortunately the yellow one ended up cracking (seemingly on its own?!) but we reckon it got knocked about in posting or something. Anyways I emailed and they're sending a replacement and the customer service is great. He also got me one for my birthday, its amazing, I can't believe how much longer my tea stays hot. We now also have matching slippers to our mugs. Life is great. Lots of Love, Angela
[EN] Absolutely superb teamug, very well made. Buy one you won't regret it.
[EN] I bought one of these from a retailer in Galena, IL - a tourist town several hours away from where I live. When I got home, I noticed that the upper part of the handle came apart from the body. Since I bought it from a physical location several hours away, I figured that I would contact the OEM instead of the retailer. I was immediately in contact with a representative, Sergio, and his customer service is really second-to-none. He shipped us a replacement and it was perfect! It's my wife's favorite mug and she uses it all the time. Having the separate infuser is so helpful. In summary - great product and excellent customer service!
[EN] I love this mug and infuser! So simple - very well made and finished.
[EN] a substancial wotk of art...keeps tea hot, basket holds the tinest particles , deep enough to put asmuch as you want or mix, handle on both mug n strainer and body of mug are ergonomical craftd. . the top has dual fuction-cover drink n holds strainer securely
THE BEST PURCHASED I MADE
ALL YEAR
[EN] GREAT mug GREAT quality and GREAT price. Perfectly designed set of three components to work well together. I like the colour choice,m however I decided for the white one so I can see and enjoy the different colours of teas. Which by the way are also superb at TeaLyra. And with the discount they very often offer there is even grater pleasure to shop there. I would definitely recommend TeaLyra to any tea lover. Vera L.

[EN] I love this Peak Ceramic Cup Infuser. it's convenient and simple to use. I use the lid to keep my tea hot if I step away and my blend fresh until the next use. Quality and prompt service. AWESOME!
[EN] 1 year and still going strong. Thanks for the great product.
Best Cup Infuser I Have Used.
Mars 2018
[EN] I have been using this cup for 8 months now every day, and it is still going strong.
You wouldn't believe how many cup infusers from amazon I tried to date.
This one is by far the best. The product is as described, so nothing other than my opinion is needed for this review. Thanks for a quality product.

[EN] Tealyra, thank you for making a mug that was exactly what I have been looking for. I wanted a mug that was 16 oz, sturdy, microwave safe, with an infuser and lid. I have looked at stores and web sites before and never could find it. I looked on your web site and found the Peak Ceramic Tea mug with infuser and lid. I ordered a black and red mug and could not be happier. The mug is good quality and the service is excellent I recommend your company and mug to anyone who enjoys a good cup of tea.
[EN] Need to add a seal to the lid to help keep in heat as well as hold better to cup
[EN] Overall an excellent system-- I love being able to put the strainer onto a separate stand that can capture drainage.
The only downside is that the lid can easily slide off as you're putting it away. I had my thumb on top of it as I reached up to put it away and even then it fell off and exploded on the counter top.
Perhaps in the future they may create a notch system or something to keep it in place.
[EN] Mug is great but the lid slid off when I picked it up and now broken. Need a better design

[EN] Loved the cup for it’s versatility. The design is good, except the lid is surprisingly heavy. I purchased a smaller teal version. Unfortunately, without any mistreatment or mishap the cup cracked from rim almost to the base within four months of daily use. I’m left with a good tea strainer. I’m a little baffled, I’ve never had a tea cup come apart like that with such haste. We had a great for four months together but I’ll shop elsewhere for a replacement.
