Description
Winter 1st Flush Yunnan Green – Early-Harvest Umami Green TeaWinter 1st Flush Yunnan Green is a very unique, very early winter-spring harvest — we believe it's among the very first green tea harvests of the year anywhere. This select Yunnan green tea is grown along the Liuluo River in southern China, where a mild climate allows the tea plants to produce tender new leaves remarkably early. The traditional firewood method is used to halt enzyme activity, preserving the tea's brilliant green color while adding a wonderful, gentle smoky note. The result is a highly aromatic, umami-sweet green tea with a character all its own. Tasting Notes
