Description
Yunnan Summer Black – Aromatic Summer-Harvest Black TeaYunnan Summer Black is an enticing, aromatic summer-harvest tea inspired by Taiwanese artisan tea crafters. It's made from the Taiwanese Jinxuan tea cultivar grown in southern China's Yunnan Province during the warm, rainy season, which produces large leaves rich in natural sweetness and unique character. During processing, the leaves are regularly turned and gently shaken to encourage withering and oxidation, then finished with a mild roast to deepen their flavor — techniques borrowed from Taiwan's finest tea masters. The result is a remarkably smooth, fruity and aromatic black tea. Tasting Notes
